We are JUST getting started with The Nest. There are tons of great things in store, and we can't wait to start hearing from you on new ideas, where we can improve, and hopefully how The Nest is working for you! Here is a quick glimpse of planned content on the way...
Outside of building the framework and general fundamentals of what you'll find in the Nest...we will quickly begin reimagining and republishing resources that, in the past, have been duplicated, out of reach, hard to access, etc. This will include resources such as SOP's, ordering guides, ad specs, restrictions, tracking instructions, & more.
We will also be overhauling all training resources! This means a reimagined new hire onboarding series, solution deep dives, sales stage & process training...even training for employee wellness, betterment, leadership and remote working!
Once we have established fundamental Nest content, solution material, and training standards...we will begin focusing on really digging into our sales tools & insights. Better and cleaner access to industry intelligence, benchmarks, case studies, success stories, etc.
We hope to close out the fiscal year strong with The Nest in full swing and shift a lot of our focus into building out a space for community contributed content, evolved insights, articles, industry trends, and best of all - ongoing outbound communication strategies to better engage and inform the sales organization!
